Air Purifiers is a small informational site. This page describes the limited data involved in running it.

What we record

When you open a guide we store a page-view event (site, article, time). When you follow an Amazon product link through this site we store a click event (site, article, Amazon ASIN, time). These records are used to see which pages and products are useful. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Amazon

Product links go to Amazon through a redirect on this site. Amazon may set its own cookies and is responsible for its checkout and privacy practices. See Amazon’s privacy notice on Amazon.com.

Cookies

This public site does not use an account cookie. The admin area on a separate hostname uses a session cookie for operators only.

Contact form

If you use the form on the contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We also keep a short technical record (hashed IP address and browser user agent) so the form can reject automated or repeated abuse. These records are used to deliver the message and to limit spam. A public inbox address is not published on the site.
